Job Description

DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk. In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.

Responsibilities

  • - Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
  • - Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
  • - Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
  • - Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
  • - Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

Required Skills

  • - Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
  • - Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound
  • - Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs
