Responsibilities

• - Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• - Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• - Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
• - Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
• - Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember.

Required Skills

• - Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, with a world-class portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
• - Proficiency in design tools such as Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
• - Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated.
• - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional.

• - Total cash budget for this role is between USD $133,200 to $188,000 depending on seniority and cost of living.
• - Compensation into the company equity through our $HOST Token (RSU's), with a grant value of up to $75,200.
