Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic agency partners across Northern Europe
• - Develop territory plans to expand our partner footprint in key markets
• - Create joint business plans aligned to shared revenue goals
• - Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets
• - Execute co-sell motions with Account Executives, including referrals and joint deal strategy
• - Support partner-led campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
• - Enable partners to confidently position and sell Customer.io
• - Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement
• - Track partner performance, engagement, and revenue contribution
• - Maintain consistent communication cadences and quarterly business reviews
• - Gather market and partner feedback to inform internal strategy
• - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development teams

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
• - Experience recruiting and growing agency or referral partners
• - Proven ability to build new relationships and develop territory plans
• - Comfortable operating in a regional “build mode” environment
• - Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority
• - Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
• - Motivated by clear revenue targets and measurable outcomes
