Job Description
As we expand our presence across Northern Europe, we’re looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to build and scale our regional partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact, market-building role.
Responsibilities
- - Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic agency partners across Northern Europe
- - Develop territory plans to expand our partner footprint in key markets
- - Create joint business plans aligned to shared revenue goals
- - Drive partner-sourced pipeline and contribute to closed revenue targets
- - Execute co-sell motions with Account Executives, including referrals and joint deal strategy
- - Support partner-led campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
- - Enable partners to confidently position and sell Customer.io
- - Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement
- - Track partner performance, engagement, and revenue contribution
- - Maintain consistent communication cadences and quarterly business reviews
- - Gather market and partner feedback to inform internal strategy
- - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Development teams
Required Skills
- - 5+ years of experience in channel, partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
- - Experience recruiting and growing agency or referral partners
- - Proven ability to build new relationships and develop territory plans
- - Comfortable operating in a regional “build mode” environment
- - Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority
- - Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability
- - Motivated by clear revenue targets and measurable outcomes
