Responsibilities
- - Set technical and product direction for the Code Plane team
- - Drive the roadmap from issue to shipped
- - Work directly with customers and cross-functional partners
- - Mentor teammates and build high-trust relationships
- - Own a meaningful slice of Agentic Batch Changes end-to-end
Required Skills
- - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- - Strong technical background in architecture and code quality
- - Experience with developer tools, agent/AI products, or CLIs
- - Customer-facing experience and incorporating feedback into the roadmap
- - Hands-on experience with coding agents and async-first communication skills
