Responsibilities
- - Own and scale Lago’s infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- - Design and automate infrastructure provisioning using Pulumi, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- - Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse) for high availability and performance.
- - Improve monitoring and observability, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of issues.
- - Enhance security practices, from IAM policies to data protection strategies.
- - Collaborate with engineers to improve deployment processes and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills
- - Strong experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles: 5 year+
- - Expertise in Kubernetes, Pulumi, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- - Experience managing and scaling PostgreSQL in production.
- - Proficiency in Ruby, Go or Typescript (or willingness to learn).
- - Passion for open-source and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
