Job Description
As a Software Engineer at Builder.io, you will build and ship features across the Publish platform, spanning the visual editing experience, component rendering, and the integrations that make Publish work across diverse customer tech stacks.
Responsibilities
- - Build and ship features across the Publish platform
- - Work at the intersection of developer infrastructure and non-technical UX
- - Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into well-scoped solutions
- - Contribute to customer-facing integrations across frameworks, hosting environments, and design systems
- - Participate in the customer feedback loop
- - Write clean, performant, maintainable code
- - Collaborate actively across a global team
Required Skills
- - 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- - Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript/Node.js
- - Curiosity about AI and agentic systems
- - Solid API and backend foundations
- - An eye for product quality
- - Comfort with ambiguity
- - Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web integration patterns
