Responsibilities

• - Powering seamless, secure login experiences across our platform through standards-based SSO and federated identity.
• - Building and maintaining a robust internal RBAC system that gives precise, auditable access control to every action.
• - Empowering customers to easily configure and manage their own SSO integrations with minimal friction.
• - Owning and operating the Cast AI Kubernetes Operator, ensuring our components run reliably and securely across customer clusters.

Required Skills

• - Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems and backend development in GoLang
• - Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills
• - Experience in integrating platforms to external IDP systems such as Auth0 and Okta, or similar
• - Experience developing k8s operators
• - Strong English skills, both verbal and written
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “yes, we can” attitude.
