Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle
• - Lead customer-facing conversations including discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations
• - Help prospects and customers establish scalable research workflows and integrate Maze into their product development and decision-making processes
• - Consult with customers on UX Research best practices, continuous discovery, democratized research, and research operations

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field
• - Experience working directly with cross-functional product teams in fast-paced environments
• - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• - Highly collaborative and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
• - Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands-on execution
• - Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events
