Responsibilities
- - Improve quality. You’ll drive measurable improvements in product quality and delivery speed.
- - Collaborate. You’ll be an integral part of a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with coworkers across Engineering, Product, Design and Scrum.
- - Strategise. You’ll use your customer and system understanding to create risk-based testing approaches and plans that focus on user experiences.
- - Automate. By aligning our processes with development speed, you’ll make informed decisions on what, how and when to automate.
- - Coach. You'll use your technical and quality expertise to guide others on the team to raise their bar.
Required Skills
- - A focus on quality. You understand quality in the big picture and strive to use what you know to improve quality and velocity.
- - Technical know-how. You have in-depth experience with testing desktop and web applications.
- - Deep knowledge of automation and its industry-recognised principles.
- - A customer focus. You think critically about user experience and ensure our testing approach adapts to match those workflows.
- - Experience with Playwright is a plus.
- - Familiarity with hardware products, such as wearable devices.
