Responsibilities

• - Develop strategy for your feature area of the product in partnership with leaders and cross functional collaborators
• - Confidently identify the right moment to do research, pick the right research methodologies and run your own research
• - Rapidly work through mock ups and iterations to create excellent solutions
• - Bring high-fidelity designs to life at a high quality
• - Build usable flows, and prototypes to help the team make decisions
• - Master using the design system and improve it when necessary
• - Express highly complex flows and interactions
• - Master storytelling skills around your work that persuade others
• - Master the feedback cycle, using it to improve your work
• - Provide valuable peer support, crit and feedback to others

Required Skills

• - Very experienced IC product designer
• - Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• - Deep Fintech, HR tech, B2B or SaaS experience is a plus
• - Ability to autonomously own design for your team or feature area
• - Impressive portfolio of work
• - Experience and product design craft via simplicity, typography, interaction design and UI design
• - Effective cross-functional collaborator
• - Persuasive communication skills
• - Fluent written and spoken English
• - Beginning to have a wider influence on your design team
