Job Description
RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $10B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We’re a remote‑first crew of 120+, spread across 25 countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
Responsibilities
- - Owning and scaling the Tech Partner Ecosystem: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our technology partner ecosystem.
- - Driving Partner Engagement and Value: You will work to ensure our partners are successful and that we are delivering value to our mutual customers.
- - Driving partner-sourced revenue and growth: Be accountable for key metrics, including partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, integration adoption, and partner engagement.
- - Building for Scale: Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing, and reporting on our technology partners.
Required Skills
- - Experienced in tech partnerships - You have 5+ years of experience building, owning and scaling technology or integration partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment.
- - Technically-minded - You don't need to be a developer, but you can understand APIs, contribute to technical documentation, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- - Partnership builder - You know how to identify high-value partnership opportunities, reach out cold, and build relationships from the ground up.
- - Commercially oriented - You’re motivated by outcomes.
- - Proactive and opportunistic - You’re always thinking about how partners can be involved in any initiative.
- - Independent and execution-focused - You don’t need step-by-step instructions.
