Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Pleo, you will help make the backoffice an accessible platform for engineers, set up frontend guidelines, and address tech debt.

Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives to improve consistency in the UI/UX of backoffice
- Collaborate with Backoffice Platform to create and improve features to support our users
- Analyze usage metrics and adoption to inform future product decisions
- Mentor and guide more junior frontend developers within the organization

Required Skills

- A solid understanding of react, typescript, and working with design systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and engineers
- A passion for solving problems in creative and innovative ways
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with grafana or a similar observability tool
- The willingness to learn and teach others
- A background in B2B SAAS or FinTech
