Job Description
We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub). We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures.
Responsibilities
- - Lead the effort to create delightful, product-led growth experiences
- - Oversee the engineering of Fingerprint’s core customer console
- - Coach, mentor, and grow engineers across two squads
- - Drive teams to operate with speed and focus
- - Provide architectural and technical guidance
- - Help teams anticipate and address challenges around scale
- - Be a visible bridge between engineering and stakeholders
Required Skills
- - 5+ years managing and scaling agile software engineering teams
- - 10+ years building large-scale web applications
- - Demonstrated ability to lead teams that deliver predictably
- - Strong understanding of cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- - Outstanding ability to partner across functions
- - Familiarity with Go, TypeScript/React, and backend APIs
- - Understanding of security considerations and compliance
