Responsibilities

• - Take care of onboarding new Spooners, making sure every step is completed and every new joiner feels informed, supported, and welcomed from day one.
• - Support recruiting efforts by finding new talent across multiple platforms, managing candidate communications, and owning parts of the hiring process.
• - Organize office visits and other on-site recruiting events, delivering smooth logistics and a great experience for everyone involved.
• - Help run essential people operations, including relocations, benefits administration, and payroll-related workflows.
• - Look after employment contracts and HR documentation, keeping information accurate, up to date, and easy for the team to find and understand.
