Overview

Nerdio is looking for a new Partner Success Manager (PSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will sell software to MSPs who sell services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Job Description

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments. We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 (W365), and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

  • - Build and develop partner relationships with MSPs to uncover AVD and W365 opportunities and drive them to a close
  • - Conduct product demonstrations of Nerdio Manager for MSP to key MSP stakeholders while explaining business benefits, including both C-level and technical stakeholders
  • - Grow and nurture relationships and cadence within and around pipeline creation and management, including sales forecasting, deal conversion planning and aligned joint opportunity pursuits
  • - Utilize our CRM to manage opportunities including customer contact documentation, customer needs and active projects
  • - Develop and nurture prospective clients from conferences, LinkedIn and proactive outbound communication
  • - Meet and exceed sales targets

Required Skills

  • - 2+ years of technical sales experience
  • - 2+ years of VDI experience
  • - 1+ years of MSP or channel sales experience, whether selling to MSPs or at an MSP
  • - Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish)
  • - Familiarity with AVD, Citrix or VMware VDI DaaS technologies is desirable, but not essential
  • - Azure AZ-900 certification is desirable, but not essential
