Photoroom is hiring a Head of Monetization & Growth to lead their monetization and growth strategy.
Job Description
Photoroom launched in 2020 after being accepted into Y Combinator and has become the world's most popular AI photo editor over the past four years. Our goal is to create the technology allowing anyone to create studio-level product images in minutes. With over 300 million downloads and processing 5+ billion images annually, we serve both individual creators and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our B2C app and B2B API solutions. We're a profitable, remote-friendly company that has raised Series B funding and aims for 40% year-over-year growth. Our team of 100+ passionate builders focuses on craft, innovation, and collaboration, creating exceptional impact for entrepreneurs and businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
- - Lead the monetization and growth strategic objective, working with multiple squads and growth managers across mobile and web platforms
- - Define and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap for growth and monetization, leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation to maximize paid subscriber revenue
- - Drive a large portfolio of growth and monetization bets, managing experimentation velocity and coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on key business metrics
- - Build growth loops and drive top-of-funnel growth. Increase engagement, retention and revenue through data-driven experimentation
- - Manage a small team of product growth managers, providing strategic direction as well as mentorship and coaching.
Required Skills
- - Staff-level product management with ~10 years of PM experience working on growth and monetization at the organizational level
- - Leadership and management experience with a proven track record of leading and influencing multiple squads through rapid experimentation and iteration
- - Data fluency with experience running A/B tests across diverse platforms and analyzing and optimizing funnels
- - Strategic and tactical balance with experience building growth strategies, defining growth models, and leading successful growth and monetization initiatives at scale
- - Creativity and holistic product thinking, focusing on the product experience and user success.
