Job Description
In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond.
Responsibilities
- - Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, and Leadership - sourcing through close
- - Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
- - Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
- - Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
- - Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working
Required Skills
- - Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
- - Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound
- - Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs

- - Equity: $40,000 - $65,000 USD
- - Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 USD
