Job Description
AccessOwl revolutionizes how businesses manage SaaS applications. Our mission is to simplify SaaS access, spending, and compliance, providing the easiest way to centrally manage apps and user access. AccessOwl replaces Okta, outdated ticketing systems, and spreadsheets, fundamentally transforming how modern IT admins work.
Responsibilities
- - Own and execute content marketing end-to-end: blog posts, SEO/GEO optimization, and programmatic pages to grow organic and AI search visibility
- - Build and maintain an active presence in Reddit communities relevant to our ICP, engaging authentically in threads where IT admins and security teams ask questions
- - Set up and manage paid campaigns including retargeting (Google Ads, Meta) and competitor branded campaigns
- - Run structured growth experiments across channels, measure results, and make clear recommendations on where to double down
- - Build automations and workflows using AI tools to connect and manage marketing systems (Google Ads, Framer, Google Search Console, and more)
- - Work directly with the CEO daily to align on priorities, experiments, content calendar, and co-develop the growth playbook
Required Skills
- - 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS startup
- - Hands-on experience with SEO, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), and content creation
- - Genuinely excited about AI: Claude or ChatGPT are your daily drivers, you've set up your own automations in n8n or Zapier, and you've been tinkering with Claude Code, OpenClaw and the likes
- - High-agency operator who is excited to run experiments and not create decks. You ship, measure, and iterate.
- - Generalist mindset: comfortable jumping between content, paid campaigns, community without needing a narrow lane
- - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you help create the playbook, not follow one
- - Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Lemlist, Framer, or similar - or confident you can pick them up fast
