Responsibilities

• - Coordinate clear, accurate, and timely communication between internal teams and external parties, including investors and banks.
• - Create well-structured trackers, spreadsheets, and reports to monitor projects, time allocation, and invoicing.
• - Organize digital documentation into a reliable, easy-to-navigate system.
• - Handle sensitive documents—such as contracts, compensation changes, offboarding paperwork, and compliance records—with care and confidentiality.
• - Continuously improve team efficiency and scalability by introducing better structure, processes, and tools as the team grows.
