Responsibilities

• - Own the quality and impact of our recommendations, driving improvements in key business metrics — making sure we bring maximum value to our customers and crush every competitor on our way
• - Lead and grow the team through hiring, coaching, and creating an environment where engineers can do their best work
• - Set direction for the team and translate product goals into a clear, executable engineering plan
• - Ensure the system is reliable, scalable, and meets strict SLAs

Required Skills

• - 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, including at least 2 years leading engineering teams
• - Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning
• - Proficiency in Python, experience working with cloud infrastructure, SQL, and at least one DL framework
• - Solid engineering fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, system design, APIs
• - Experience setting technical direction and translating product goals into clear, actionable plans
• - Experience hiring and growing engineers in growing teams
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• - Comfortable joining meetings between 11:00–17:00 UTC
