Responsibilities
- - Responsible for delivery and outcomes across multiple engineering teams
- - Foster an environment in which engineers perform at their best
- - Work within the Partnerships Domain with 2-4 Engineering Managers reporting to you
- - Align engineering functions with product & business direction and goals
- - Design and optimize teams and processes to maximize efficiency
- - Represent engineering efforts in the product-led space
Required Skills
- - Passion for people management
- - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- - Strong communication skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- - Technologist at heart
- - Experience in designing and optimizing teams and processes
