Responsibilities
- - Own engineering end to end: systems, people, and standards
- - Ensure reliability and set standards for uptime and incident response
- - Build and lead the leadership layer of the engineering organization
- - Set vision on AI and support expansion into new markets
- - Represent engineering to the company and communicate clearly about engineering activities
Required Skills
- - Experience managing an engineering organization of at least ~100 people
- - Strong software engineering background
- - Ability to read code and follow technical arguments
- - Experience with accountability for critical systems
- - Strong writing skills for clear communication
- - Knowledge and experience with AI in engineering
