Responsibilities
- - Building and operating complex systems
- - Shaping how systems are exposed as part of the product
- - Debugging incidents and understanding system behavior
- - Improving observability and making services more reliable
- - Participating in on-call rotations
Required Skills
- - Strong experience building backend services, distributed systems, infrastructure components, or high-volume production systems
- - Highly proficient in Python
- - Comfortable working close to production
- - Care about performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational simplicity
- - Ability to communicate clearly in writing
- - Fluent in English and Spanish
- - Use of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or others
