Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Lead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team, conducting due diligence, analyzing transaction documents, and following post-close integrations.
• - Collaborate with outside counsel to assist with corporate reorganizations and governance matters following acquisitions in Italy and abroad.
• - Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents.
• - Collaborate with our Finance team to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instruments.
• - Seek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.
