Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Design and implement an Agentic AI-driven SDLC framework covering requirement generation, code review, test automation, and release orchestration.
• - Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems to boost developer productivity, QA automation, and DevOps intelligence.
• - Evaluate, compare, and integrate AI tools, LLMs, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel), defining selection strategies and integration patterns.
• - Integrate AI capabilities into Azure DevOps pipelines for intelligent CI/CD, automated quality gates, and risk scoring.
• - Define and implement AI governance, observability, and evaluation frameworks for model performance, prompt management, and cost optimization.
• - Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and architecture teams to ensure AI solutions align with business outcomes.

Required Skills

• - 7+ years in software engineering/architecture, with 3+ years in applied AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
• - Proven experience designing AI-enabled SDLC or developer productivity solutions.
• - Strong experience with the .NET ecosystem (e.g., .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, microservices).
• - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, boards, repos, test plans).
• - Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, and prompt engineering.
• - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services and distributed system architecture.
