Responsibilities

• - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong, long-term relationships
• - Own renewals and retention strategy within your book of business
• - Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to execute where appropriate
• - Monitor account health and key performance indicators, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
• - Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and business outcomes
• - Coordinate with internal teams—including Customer Success, Support, Product, and Billing—to resolve questions and drive value
• - Maintain accurate account data and activity within CRM tools
• - Stay informed on Customer.io product updates and industry trends to better advise customers

Required Skills

• - 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment
• - Experience managing renewals, retention, and revenue growth across an account portfolio
• - Comfort owning account strategy and identifying revenue opportunities independently
• - Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal
• - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• - Comfort working in CRM systems and managing pipeline and account data accurately
• - Located in the United Kingdom or Ireland
