Job Description

Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Y Combinator and many others.

Responsibilities

  • - Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to make sure we're engaging with the right prospects
  • - Understand each prospect's financial setup to identify exactly how Aleph will benefit them
  • - Deliver personalized demos tailored to lean, 1-2 person finance teams
  • - Manage the full sales cycle and involve the right internal resources at the right time to close deals
  • - Negotiate and close deals quickly — SMB deals move fast and so should you
  • - Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to keep making Aleph better every day

Required Skills

  • - You have at least 1 year of B2B SaaS closing experience or a proven track record of quickly rising through the ranks in your sales career
  • - You've been an AE and exceeded quota selling deals in the $20k-$60k ACV range
  • - You're comfortable selling to founders, Heads of Finance, and CFOs at early-stage companies
  • - You're process driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • - You're intellectually curious, interested in business, and like to solve problems
  • - Bonus: you have experience selling to finance personas or working in a finance-adjacent role
